2 cups packed cilantro, chopped and stems removed
1/2 tsp chopped and seeded serrano chile
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 Tbs lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
3 medium garlic
Put everything in a food processor and blend. Have on fresh baked bread as a snack or appetizer. It makes a great filling for quesadilla or as a sauce for pasta.
I made it tonight and swirled it with thai flavored hummus I made this morning…AMAZING. Will make this again! Thanks!!!!
