1/2 carton of silkened tofu, the firm type works too.
1 Tbsp Dashi powder
1 tsp Organic sugar
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
Mix the ingredients for the tofu dressing together and add to the chopped vegetables and nuts.
